If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping an eye on your server. We have developed a special monitoring and notification tool, which will notify our admins automatically the second anything goes wrong with your server. They will then analyze the nature of the issue.

Backup Space

Keeping a complete backup of everything on your dedicated server might take you a considerable amount of time. You’ll have to find a third–party physical location where to place everything; you’ll need to configure an automatic backup solution; you have to permanently monitor all sorts of things. We have a simple and easy solution. Our Optional Admin Services package provides you with 50 GB of disk space on a backup server. Furthermore, we will help you configure the backup process. And since the machines belong to one and the same network, everything works extremely fast.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there’s a particular service or application that you would like to run on your server, but you have no idea how to do it right, or if you experience neverending problems setting up everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Optional Admin Services package covers installation and troubleshooting tasks, which means that you will enjoy the complete and undivided attention of our system administrators for half an hour – more than enough time for them to identify the problem at hand and make things right. You can also use that time to request them to assist you with any other server–connected problems you are having.
