Monitoring & Rebooting

Server monitoring is a major responsibility for first–time VPS users – you need to check how your Virtual Private Server is doing, to see if it is under excessive load, to check if all the services are running properly. It’s a task that needs uninterrupted attention, and you probably don’t have the time to do this. By reason of this we suggest that we carry out the work instead of you. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your server and all the processes running on it. As a result you will have more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest mission on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively make use of some third–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler solution with our Optional Admin Services offer. We’ll create a full backup of your VPS every week, so you never need to be worried about permanently losing any valuable data. Plus, we can recover a backup copy really fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution will come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving duties – it means that you can literally employ one of our seasoned server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software app whatsoever that you need. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
